Why use this retro?
- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Create your teams 'Dating profile' by adding pictures, selling points and purpose into the profile section.
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use themes from modern dating to identify how the team should improve. What would the team swipe left on about how it works? What do superlike about how we work? As well as what feels a bit like a catfish for us?
Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement
