The Tinder Retrospective - Left or right swipe on our ways of working?

Updated: Aug 2, 2022

New Retrospective - The Tinder Retro

After a bit of vacation time, I'm back with some new creative energy. This template will undoubtedly resonate with anyone who's been single in the last 10 years. The Tinder retro will help your team to identify what they should swipe left or right on about how they work.

Access the Miro & Image templates below, plug & play into your own instances and let us know how you get on!

Using the image template below, you can upload this retro format into Google Jamboards, Mural or other virtual whiteboards and overlay with your own post-its. No license? No problem.

Why use this retro?

- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Create your teams 'Dating profile' by adding pictures, selling points and purpose into the profile section.

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use themes from modern dating to identify how the team should improve. What would the team swipe left on about how it works? What do superlike about how we work? As well as what feels a bit like a catfish for us?

Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement

I of course claim no ownership to the copyright material displayed as part of this template.
