The Space Retrospective

New Retrospective - The Space Retro - What's the black hole taking up the teams time & energy?

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm a huge geek about Space. The James Webb Telescope recently began sharing its first images after 25 years of being in the making. This inspired me to create a space themed retro.

Access the Miro & Image templates below, plug & play into your own instances and let us know how you get on!

Using the image template below, you can upload this retro format into Google Jamboards, Mural or other virtual whiteboards and overlay with your own post-its. No license? No problem.

Why use this retro?

- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Share as a team your favourite image, or fact about space.

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use themes from space exploration to generate insights as a team. Where are the team going from small steps to giant leaps? What represents a black hole to the teams time & energy? What are the teams pillars of creation? Where could they experiment and create something new?

Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement
