The Rik & Morty Retro

New Retrospective - Rik & Morty Theme - Show us what you got!

The latest season of Rik & Morty is live and as I watched, I felt compelled to create a new themed retro. Retro #93 in my collection - Show us what you got!

If your team are fans of the show, enter the Sc-fi universe of Rik & Morty and use themed prompts from the show to generate insights as to how the team could improve.

Access the Miro and image templates below, plug & play into your own instances and let us know how you get on!

How to use this template

- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Share a Rick & Morty gif that represents the last iteration for the team. 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use prompts from the Rick & Morty universe to generate insights as a team.

Prompts;

Mr Meseeks - If we could press a magic button and get support with something, what would it be? Where do we need help as a team?

You son of a b!*ch, I'm in - What have we heard about that sounds like a good idea?

What new ideas do we have to introduce to the team?

Portal Gun - If we could use a portal gun and observe a different version of our team,

What changes would you like to see?

Show us what you got! - What are our teams greatest hits?

What should we be celebrating about us?

Toxic Team -What are the negative attributes of our teams ways of working?

How could we turn these negatives into positives that help us?

Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement I of course claim no ownership to the copyright material displayed as part of this template.
