The Jukebox Retro 🎸🎶🎷

New Retrospective - The Jukebox Retro - What would you change if you had it your way?

We all love a bit of music 🎶

Music can build atmosphere, invoke nostalgia and bring life to a retro.

After some inspiration from Craig Cockburn, I present to you the Jukebox Retro. Select from 5 classic musical songs and use them to generate insights as a team.

Playing music whilst you retro is heavily encouraged during this retro. Try this Spotify playlist;

How to use this template

- Breaking 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲:

Your last iteration as a song or song lyrics

Break the ice by gauging how the team felt the last iteration went using song titles or lyrics to describe them. Were we 'Livin on a prayer'? or 'Oh, what a feeling!' 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨:

Use classic Jukebox songs as prompts to generate insights as a team.

Select from;

SOS - ABBA

Where do we need saving as a team?

Where could we do with additional support?

Crazy - Patsy Cline

What's making us feel crazy?

What about how we work makes us feel blue?

Don't stop believin' - Journey

Where should we keep believin' as a team?

What do we need to persevere with about how we work?

Build me up Buttercup - The Foundations

Where do we need to build each other up?

What kudos do we need to give?

My Way - Frank Sinatra

If you had it your way, what one thing would you change about how we work?

Or choose your own classic songs to prompt continuous improvement

I of course claim no ownership to the copyright material displayed as part of this template.
