Now That's What I Call Retrospection - 90's Music Edition

New themed Retrospective - 90's Pop Music

This weeks template was a retro challenge from Becca Francis who appeared on the Virtually Agile Podcast recently and spoke about ADHD and the benefits of neurodiversity as well as the hallmarks of a great leader, if you missed the episode, check it out here;

Access on the template on Miro & or the Image file below, plug & play into your own instances and let me know how you get on!

Using the image template below, you can upload this retro format into Google Jamboards, Mural or other virtual whiteboards and overlay with your own post-its. No license? No problem.

Why use this retro?

- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Madlib as a team how your last iteration went using the immortal words of Aqua - Barbie Girl.

'We're a ___

In a ___

Life in __ It's ___

We're an app dev team,

In an engineering wor

Life in iteration 4 - It was fantastic!

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use some of those earworm songs from the 90's to provoke thinking as to how the team is doing. "U can't touch this" MC Hammer - What shouldn't we touch about our ways of working? What's going well? Or "I want it that way" - Backstreet boys - If you could change one thing in the next iteration, what would it be? Which way would you have it?

Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement

I of course claim no ownership to the copyright material displayed as part of this template.
