Anyone that knows me will be aware that I'm a big fan of keeping retrospectives fresh and interesting for those involved.

I've been creating a series of templates in Miro that people can use to plug & play for their own retros. The above example is one of my favourites as it focuses on 'A little less conversation, a little more action!'

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼?

- We explore through the medium of some of Elvis' most popular songs how we can improve as a team e.g "Now or never" - What needs action immediately, or what should be dropped entirely?

- It's an opportunity to play a little Elvis during a work meeting.

- It focuses on a little less conversation, a little more action!
