Day 8 - Decorate your team house - Christmas energiser

Try this quick festive energiser with your teams before a meeting or ceremony. Make it a competition amongst teams to see who can decorate the best Gingerbread house, perhaps as part of a virtual Christmas party!

Try the Christmas hits retro to identify what's making your team feel blue this Christmas, and what might your fairytale ending to the next iteration look like?

Day 10 - An Agile Estimation poem

I saw a poem by Bryan Bilston about the Fibonacci sequence and it inspired me to adapt it for the agile world.

Each line of the below poem is written using the Fibanacci sequence, with each line becoming increasingly large and complex in the standard 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21 style.

I find it to be a simple way to share with those new to the concept of estimation, to help them visualise how the size / complexity of something can scale.
