Psychologically speaking, a negative mindset seldom gets us anywhere. It can cause demotivation, abandonment of, or stalled progress on our tasks or goals; and worse still, it can be cyclical.

- If you're feeling negative today, acknowledge that this is OK. ๐—ช๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ต๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ถ๐˜'๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—น. This isn't about toxic positivity.


- Rather than try to stop or quell negative thoughts, ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐˜ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—บ. Each negative will usually have an opposing positive. These can be framed as opportunities. Example - I failed. ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜† - ๐—œ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฑ.


- Take a few moments to pause and be mindful before you communicate with others. Your negativity may be noticeable and could ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ณ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ which may not be your intent.
