Anyone that knows me will be aware that I'm a big fan of keeping retrospectives fresh and interesting for those involved.

I've been creating a series of templates in Miro that people can use to plug & play for their own retros. The below example is the latest I've created because who doesn't love Harry Potter?

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼?

- We explore through the medium of the Harry Potter world how we're doing as a team e.g. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗽? -𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵?

- We'll identify the spells or charms to try in our next iteration.

- An opportunity as a team to agree how you shall manage our mischief.

- It has a built in Harry Potter themed icebreaker.
