Retro theme number 37 from 2021; Top Gun
I was inspired this week to create a Top Gun retrospective. My inspiration came from a regular agile anti-pattern, the misunderstanding that agile = speed. You can all imagine the cogs turning in my mind as I heard this repetitive focus on going faster, that need for speed, and thus the Top Gun retro was born!

Why use this retro?
