It's Halloween this weekend and what better way to embrace spooky season than by retrospecting on the topic of some of cinemas most famous horror films! This template was inspired by a workshop I led at the Agile Online Summit this week.

Why use this retro?
 
- Break the ice: Share what scares you most! Do you have an irrational fear of clowns? Do spiders fill you with dread? Learn something a little personal about your team mates
 
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use references to some of cinemas classic slasher movies and identify how the team can improve. What feels like Childs play to the team? Where are the team all work and no play, making them feel like Jack in the shining. REDRUUMMM!
 
𝘿𝙤𝙩 𝙑𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜: Create your own dot votes by grabbing squid games images from google and prioritise those insights, before creating actions / experiments that the team can try next!
