Retro theme number seventeen for 2021.

This one wasn't based on a challenge from anyone. I simply watched the movie with my lodger and felt inspired! It might be a little more niche, but I'm certain there will be some fellow cornetto trilogy fans who appreciate it

- Break the ice with your team by sharing what your zombie apocalypse plan would be

- Explore as a team with some of the classic film quotes, how you might improve as a team, including;
 
 - Where do you need to let things "blow over at the Winchester" (Step back and think)
  - "You've got red on you" (What made us red faced / what didn't go to plan?).

- Invite your team to rate their own retro using a fist of five (Miniature Shauns!). This approach is designed to guide teams towards the criteria for an outstanding retrospective. Retros themselves shouldn't be omitted from continuous improvement!
