In this virtual agile game, one of my own creation (although inspired by Ron Quartel's physical version on Tastycupcakes.org). We contextualise the challenges around what can be quite an abstract term in Technical debt.

Play this game with your teams or those within your company to show them in a very tangible way, how it feels when technical debt builds up.
