#𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙏𝙞𝙥𝙏𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 - 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙨

For me, if expressed as an equation - 𝕋𝕣𝕦𝕤𝕥 = 𝕍𝕦𝕝𝕟𝕖𝕣𝕒𝕓𝕚𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪 + ℍ𝕠𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕪 + 𝕋𝕚𝕞𝕖

Here are my top tips for establishing trust with new, or existing teams. Longer video at the link in the comments;

-𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩. Let them know you don't expect trust immediately, but you will work to build with time and understanding.

-𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 & 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙- Don't come in with pre-determined bias or solutions. Ask questions, powerful ones!

- 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 - Ask how they would solve their problem before suggesting your own. I often use Miro or other collaborative tools to enable this remotely

- 𝘿𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙫𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 - Admit that you don't have all the answers. Help them understand and identify experiments they can try.

- 𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 - Share with them that you believe you'll learn from them as much as they from you
