I'm launching my first book this October.
I've been working on this for a little while now and am pleased to share I'll be launching the book digitally in October in time for the anniversary of my 36th trip around the Sun.
What's the book about?
Continuous improvement & Retrospection.
I'm a firm believer that the key to agility is continuous improvement, with the key to continuous improvement being retrospection.
This book shares *some* of the lessons or 'plays' that I have learned, throughout my work as an agent of change within the teams & organisations that I have had the pleasure of working with.
In the same way a sports team uses strategy, tactics & 'plays' to enhance its chances of success, you may choose to adopt as many or as few of these as you wish.
What are plays?
Each play will be a new tool for your agile toolbelt to help you and your teams continuously improve. Each play will articulate why you should use it, things you may wish to look out for, along with how to use the play.
