The year is 2020. We are evolving socially and becoming more aware of the power of language. Yet, there is staggering 13,000,000 results when you search for 'Human Resources' in LinkedIn. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
We need to stop dehumanising our people.

If even one of the people in my network, or those I have tagged even considers changing their own LinkedIn title, or pushes for a rebrand of their HR departments to something more HUMANE, then this post will be a success.
