#FunFriday - Remote coaching is so hot right now.

Covid has forced many of us to up our game when it comes to remote coaching and facilitation.

One experiment I've been trying in this area is creating a remote working charter.

Just like a team charter, a remote working charter invites the team or company to input in the following ways;

- Sharing examples of good remote working behaviours

- Sharing examples of where remote working hasn't been great

- Sharing what values / principles people would like to experiment with to enable successful remote working

- Sharing how we can keep each other accountable for good remote working habits

The charter concept creates buy in from those involved, allows them a voice and if you assure everyone that its a starting point that we'll reflect upon.. we demonstrate a learning culture.
