Retro theme number sixteen for 2021. Last week I was challenged by Mike Cohn during our interview to create a Taco Tuesday themed retrospective. I accepted the challenge, so here it is!

- There's a built in icebreaker which will get you creating your own ideal tacos with your team
- Explore as a team through the medium of Tacos how you could improve. Examine what your teams secret ingredient is? Identify what the teams missing ingredients are? Find out what might spice things up or cool things down. Use metaphor to gain fresh perspective
- Invite your team to rate their own retro using a fist of five (Tacocats). This approach is designed to guide teams towards the criteria for an outstanding retrospective. Retros themselves shouldn't be omitted from continuous improvement!
- Work doesn't need to be boring!
