- Break the ice by working as a team to create the classic Austin Powers peace symbol
- Explore as a team with some of the classic film quotes. What's "Groovy baby" - Where is the team in the groove? "No.. dangers my middle name!" - Where is the team living dangerously?, "Why won't you die?!" - What the team are having trouble finishing and how they could approach it differently
- Invite your team to rate their own retro using a fist of five (Sharks with frickin laser beams!) Retros themselves shouldn't be omitted from continuous improvement!
- It's an excuse to play the ever so catchy Austin powers theme during a meeting
